Marketing/Propaganda techniques

A good marketing technique is when an ad focuses on the background action, instead of the focus being on the actual product. Focusing upon a background scenario in ads, reduces the focus on the product, leading to a distraction from the accept-reject postulate.
Marketing an experiential purchase instead of a product will be even more effective in this manner.
EX: Drama occurs between two people and the quarrel is ended by talking over dinner at Red Lobster. The couple proceeds to enjoy their time and this time ends the quarrel.
